The SFP-10GBase-T electrical SFP+ transceiver (RJ45) is designed for high speed Gigabit Ethernet data links up to 10 Gb/s, with XGMII interface. It is a high-performance integrated duplex data link for bi-directional communication over CAT 6a/7 unshielded twisted pair copper cable. It is compliant with the Enhanced Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP+) MSA specification. The transceiver is hot pluggable and operates at +3.3V.
The RJ45 connector supports shielded and unshielded cables. The connector is mechanically robust enough and designed to prevent loss of link, when the cable is positioned or moves in different angles. The connector passes the “wiggle” RJ45 connector operational stress test.
